CPA AUGUSTINE FESTUS WASIKE – Board Vice Chairman

CPA Augustine Festus Wasike is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ufanisi DT Sacco Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Option from Africa Nazarene University and Certified Public Accountant Kenya. He is a senior Accountant and currently the Head of Final Accounts Section at Agricultural Finance Corporation.

CPA Wasike possess over twenty years of practical and professional experience (part of which as a branch accountant in several branches), in operational and strategic finance and accounting/administrative functions including preparation of financial statements, management reports, its interpretation & analysis, cash management and tax matters. He also attended a workshop on Treasury, Asset & Liability Management (ALCO) in Lusaka – Zambia organized by Association of African Development Finance Institutions (AADFI).

CPA Augustine Wasike is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of Institute of Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (ICPAK in good standing).

CPA Wasike joined Ufanisi DT Sacco Ltd in 2009 as a member of Supervisory committee. In 2012 he joined the board and has served in various sub committees.
