Leonard is currently the Officer-In-Charge of Controls & Compliance at Agricultural Finance Corporation. He is an accomplished finance officer with over six years public service experience acquired in AFC. He is a Board Member of Ufanisi Savings and Credit Co-operative Society who is serving as a Member in the Supervisory Committee.

He holds a Bachelor’s of Commerce Degree (Finance) from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology and is a member of ICPAK.
